Insanely good! I came from Austria on holiday— the burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and everything came out hot and fresh. I didn’t even wait 5 minutes. Huge shoutout to Ellie, who was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. 10/10 service. Will definitely be coming back!
Was served by Zack and what pleasure! Polite and friendly, the sort of staff you need! I also noticed he was making effort to make sure the kids that were in the restaurant had colouring stuff to keep them busy
Came in after work yesterday, place was busy but very clean and running well! Zach the manager helped me out! I left my bank card there by accident and Zach kept it safe for me! Would definitely go back again! 5* Zach well done!
First time visiting Canterbury, arrived late after a long day of travelling and cancelled trains. Zach and Mo were both full of smiles and really great service provided. Well done guys!
Came in yesterday evening and had an absolutely great experience. Got served by Zach who was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and the food was perfect. First impressions of five guys left a good taste in my mouth and I'm not just talking about the food! Definitely will be back soon.
First time visiting, was a little shocked on prices however what we received was an excellent burger and super quantity of chips. Love the refillable drinks too Was very shocked however at the cleanliness of the unisex toilet, which was disgusting. Thankfully it was hubby that was desperate because I wouldn't have been able to use something so gross. Plus side was we mentioned it to a member of staff who immediately went to clean it... 5 mins later he was out. Personally it didn't look much better. Certainly not clean enough for a female to use
